ALL GO !!
Jul 4th, 2010

We finalised the purchase of our new home  (at last) a couple of weeks ago and Nigel has already taken it back to the brick skin.  In fact it took him 5 days to do this!! He is a workaholic.   Very exicited about our new home.  We are awaiting planning to start the extension and large oak framed garage.  We will post some photos of before, during and after for you to have a look at.  Wach this space.

We are working on a large project at LIncoln which  involves a traditional build and oak framed extensions.    We have known the clients for nearly 2 years and are looking forward to working with them.    We also have two huge green oak balconies to erect in the fens in South Lincolnshire and this will start in a couple of weeks.   On the refurbishment side, we have two new kitchens and alterations to two properies, one in Lincoln and one in Colsterworth.

We have decided, after a great deal of discussions, that we will not be exhibiting at Burghley this year.  We have so much work in August/September that we cannot be in two places at one time.  We shall miss it greatly as we have loved beng there.  Perhaps next year?????

On the home front, Josh and I are walking the Humber Bridge today in aid of St Barnabas Hospice in Lincoln.  We are walking this with my lovely mother in law. We do it most years and it is really good fun.  Thank you to all who sponsored Josh. xx   Josh has at last learnt to ride a bike.  He has about 53 bruises over both legs, but says he loves it!!  Will has gained a distinction in his first year of his apprenticeship at Grantham College and we are delighted with this.  My brother Matt and his lovely partner Lisa have had a lovely baby boy called Luke Mark and he is lovely.

Love to Carly if she is reading this.  See you soon sweetheart.
